Parents: Frederick (Head), Foreman Brickmaker, age 38, born, Crick, Northamptonshire, England and Selina Gupwell age 37, born, Guilsborough, Northamptonshire, England, Daughters: Maud age 14, born, Barry, Glamorgan, Wales, Sarah age 2, Margaret and Florence both 10 months old. Frederick age 12, born, Statham, Cheshire, England, Walter age 7, born, Statham, Cheshire, England and John age 4, born, Ashby Magna, Leicestershire, England.  Brother: Thomas Adnitt, age 36, a Brickmaker, born, , Guilsborough, Northamptonshire, England .  They lived at Brickyard, Old Sodbury, Chipping Sodbrudy, Gloucestershire, England.2

Frederick (Head), a Manager of Brickworks, age 48 and Selina Gupwell age 48, married 23 years, 8 children born alive and 6 still living.  Sons: Walter, Brickyard Labourer, age 17, John age 14, Sarah, at school, age 12, Margaret & Florence at school, age 10.They lived at 19 Kimberley Terrace, Malpas, Newport, Wales.3

The family moved to, 2 Fairwood Terrace, Gendros, Forestfach, Swansea after 1911.  He served with Welsh Guards 1st Battalion, service number (2529).  Died 13th July 1917 and buried at grave referece I. C. 8., Dozinghem military cemetery, Belgium.4, 5 & 6
